1/2 cup raw mixed quinoa

1 cup milk

1 cup water

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp flax or chia

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

4 diced strawberries

1/2 grated granny smith apple

Drizzle of honey or maple syrup...

 How do I make this magic happen?

Add quinoa and water to pot and bring to the boil

Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes until soft. Add in milk, apple, strawberries, cinnamon and seeds. Cook for 5 minutes until creamy. Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Savour and Enjoy!
